RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
It is our top priority at Arts Komorebi to bring you best quality products as we can. All the products are handcrafted with utmost care using premium quality artist grade materials.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns or refunds after the product has been purchased and the package has been opened unless the product itself is faulty or damaged. It happens very rarely as we struggle to make sure that the product is all well and packed with due care so that it reaches you safely as you need it to be.
Returns are acceptable if the product is damaged and the return request is made within seven days of delivery of the product.
You can mail the images of the product to Jilsageorge2000@gmail.ccom if you feel you have received a damaged product and we will have a thorough check regarding the damages of the product to prevent any fraud and assist you with further steps of return if applicable for return as per policies.
If your product is damaged and eligible for return, you have to pack it as per the instruction you will receive through mail. Cost to return items to Arts Komorebi is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process return soon.
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
For a product to be eligible for return on damages, the following conditions must be applicable:
The issue or damage must be reported to Arts Komorebi within 7 days of receiving the product.
You must contact us immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping along with a photo that justifies. A detailed description of the damage must be provided while sending the mail.
Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
We posses all the right to accept or decline your request for refund or exchange.
We are unable to assist with items that had arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 7-days return policy time and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. We are not liable for missing packages by the courier that offered a confirmed delivery thou.
Arts Komorebi will not accept product’s returns for general end-consumer dissatisfaction.
Exchanges can be made for a product with other products that we offer which has same or more cost than the product purchased by you but not any less.
